The display concentrator communicates with the room terminals through the RoomBus

network. It allows identification of the room (max. 32 alarms) from which the call has been

made. Using the keys or a remote control it is possible to scroll the alarm list, to silence

and reset them. The reset function can be directly excluded or subordinated to the use of a

suitable key. In case of power blackout, the device maintains the memory of received

alarms and when the power supply is on again it restores the acoustic and visual warnings.

In case of power blackout it is possible to keep the system operating using a buffer battery.

Through the LonWorks® network it is possible to connect up to 16 display concentrators

and bring the

acquisition capacity to 2048 individual alarms. The alarms acquired by the display

concentrators 1049/102 are sent to the Master display 1049/956E where it is possible to

view, scroll, silence and reset them.
